IAP Meeting 7 March 2011
The ninth meeting of the Independent Advisory Panel (IAP) on Deaths in Custody took place on the 7th March 2011. At this meeting, the IAP discussed preparations for the sixth Ministerial Board on Deaths in Custody, feedback on the IAP’s first national stakeholder consultation event , the roles and responsibilities of private sector custodial providers and family liaison work. The Panel were joined by Dr Jason Payne-James, a forensic physician who provided on overview of his work.
