Letter to the Rt Hon David Gauke MP, Lord Chancellor and Secretary of State for Justice, outlining the work of the Independent Advisory Panel on Deaths in Custody (IAP), and setting out ways in which the IAP can support ministers in their vital role of preventing deaths in custody.
