Re-appointment of the IAP Members

Crispin Blunt, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for the Ministry of Justice, announced today by Written Ministerial Statement that the Ministerial Council on Deaths in Custody will continue for a further three year term.

Decision in the case of Rabone v Pennine Care Trust

The independent investigation into the life-threatening self-harm of JL at HM Young Offenders Institute (YOI) Feltham on 19 August 2002 has been published by the National Offender Management Service (NOMS).
